Education – it’s so much more than what happens in the presence of our learners. Invest in your teaching through networking and learning at the Symposium. Join us at the 11th Annual Education Symposium, hosted by the Academy of Health Science Educators. This event promises a dynamic and interactive experience, featuring a range of engaging workshops and educational scholarship reports. We have received outstanding proposals covering a wide range of topics in health sciences education, including the impact of AI on teaching, competency-based education, teaching across generations, peer teaching environments such as student-run clinics, and more. Parking:
Visitor and Short-Term Parking: Limited visitor parking is available near the University of Utah Eccles Health Sciences Education Building. Most parking on campus is fee-based. Hourly parking is available at the South Medical Garage. 

Campus Parking Permits: University of Utah students, staff, or faculty with permits can park in the A or U lots near EHSEB.

Registration Fees:

  • Faculty - $40
  • Staff, Student, and Trainee - $10 
  • Non-Affiliated University of Utah - $50
