The purpose of this opportunity is to ensure that a diverse pool of highly trained scientists is available to address the Nation’s clinical and translational (T1-T4) research needs to enable tailoring treatment according to the biology and preferences of the individual patient.
The objective of the CTSI Partner Mentored Career Development Scholar Award program is to provide tailored research and career development opportunities to fit the needs of each candidate while offering strong didactic education, mentored research, interdisciplinary works-in-progress seminars, and team-building experiences. The
Award will provide salary and research support for a sustained period (up to 2 years) to ensure a future cadre of well-trained scientists.
Early stage investigators with faculty appointments at Primary Children’s Hospital are eligible to apply.
