For fall 2020, Research Education (REd) is offering several training classes. These classes include Best Practice Networks (BPN) and Grant Writing Consultations for all faculty, students and staff at the University of Utah. From “Grant Writing & Proposal Development” to “Research Ethics & Compliance,” there are a variety of synchronous and asynchronous trainings available for your professional development.
We invite you to participate in the “Research Education (REd) Classes”, “Best Practice Networks (BPN)” and “Certificate of Achievement” programs. Attached is the flyer outlining training opportunities for the Fall 2020 Semester. Registration and additional information are available on our website at https://education.research.utah.edu.
Of particular interest may be the NSF Grant Writing Consultation. In response to last year’s surveys and town halls with the research community, we are greatly expanding our grant writing resources in the Office of Research Education (REd). We’re pleased to announce the first NSF Grant Writing Consultation, an open forum for investigators to ask questions about all aspects of NSF proposal preparation. Researchers can bring their draft proposal outline/research questions for feedback, ask questions about the grant writing or review process, or share and learn tips to make proposals more competitive.
Please let the Office of Research Integrity & Compliance know if you have any questions, and thank you for your efforts in advancing University research!
