Clinical Research Support Office Updates

The Clinical Research Support Office serves as a central resource to support investigators and research teams that conduct clinical research across campus. The CRSO aims to provide exceptional service, reduce administrative burdens, enhance compliance, and remove barriers to enable efficiency, collaboration, cost recovery, and growth of clinical trials at the university.

As the CRSO seeks to support investigators, they have noted the below updates.

Participant Payments

  • Participant Payments is connected to the OnCore system and creates an efficient way to provide compensation and/or reimbursements for participants involved in a clinical trial.  It also gives study teams a streamlined process to track these payments.
  • This system is online and ready to use.  This WILL be required for all studies who pay participants beginning July 1, 2023
  • Schedule Orientation and Training here!

Service Now

  • Just a reminder that Service Now is where trouble tickets can be submitted. It is a more effective way to ask for additional help or guidance from the CRSO team and that link can be found here.
