We're looking for a director

The OHEDI Director provides vision and leadership for a variety of initiatives to elevate the success of historically marginalized U of U Health employees and the health outcomes of historically marginalized U of U Health patients. Under the leadership of the OHEDI Associate Vice President, the OHEDI Director will partner with the OHEDI program managers as well as leaders, faculty, and staff from across U of U Health, Huntsman Cancer Institute, and Main Campus to identify, set, and achieve goals that improve the wellbeing of people from historically marginalized populations. The OHEDI Director will train a large team of equity, diversity and inclusion employees and ambassadors to implement department-specific objectives. The OHEDI Director will manage a team of 2-3 direct reports and will support each team member in their education and career goals. The ideal candidate for this role will be committed to lifelong social justice.
