Community Priorities
Every three years, University of Utah Health collaborates with community leaders to identify key health needs. The Community Health Needs Assessment creates shared goals for us all. Our role is not to solve but to partner, convene, and amplify. We know trust needs to be earned. We pride ourselves on listening, reflecting, and aligning with the community. For 2026–2029, we’ll focus on culturally responsive care, community partnerships, and population health.
Our Work in the Community
In our 2023 community report, we showcase how we’re teaming up with Utah leaders to improve behavioral health, manage chronic conditions, and reduce health disparities through coordinated efforts at U of U Health.
