Mission: The Office for Faculty supports faculty in " charting their path” towards growth, success, and meaningful contribution to the collective missions of the University of Utah Health.

Overview of Offerings: The Office for Faculty offers personal, career, and leadership development programming for faculty at different stages of their careers and leadership roles. Through the Utah Coaching Advancement Network (U-CAN), the Office also offers coaching services and develops coaching and mentoring capacity with University of Utah Health.
