The Office of Academic Affairs & Faculty Development appoints, promotes, and provides professional development opportunities for faculty. We serve as a central resource for the Health Sciences by providing guidance, resources, and training to enhance the success of individual faculty. We also strive to strengthen cohesion and collaboration among all colleges, schools, and departments.
