In his role, Dr. Foreman provides strategic oversight and coordination of all faculty performance review processes within the College of Health, including reviews for retention, promotion, and tenure; post-tenure evaluations; and assessments of career-line, adjunct, and visiting faculty. These processes are conducted in alignment with institutional policies to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency across departments. Additionally, Dr. Foreman collaborates with department chairs to address faculty-related conflicts and performance concerns, offering guidance that supports professional development while upholding the standards and expectations of the university.

In her role as Division Chair for Graduate Education and Advanced Practice in the College of Nursing, Dr. Hofmann is responsible for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, faculty development, and mentoring for career advancement and retention/promotion. She also serves as faculty in the baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs, teaching healthcare finance and economics, advanced organizational leadership and management, and quality improvement in healthcare. Dr. Hofmann oversees faculty workload, including the management and assignment of full-time, part-time, and adjunct faculty to program courses in support of the College of Nursing’s mission.
Professor and Chair, Division of Health Systems and Science Across the Lifespan
In her role as Division Chair for Health Systems and Science Across the Lifespan, Dr. Linder is responsible for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, faculty development and mentoring for career advancement and retention/promotion. She also holds a joint appointment as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Center for Blood Disorders at Primary Children’s Medical Center and is an adjunct professor of pediatrics in the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine. Dr. Linder is responsible for faculty workload including management and assignment of full, part-time and adjunct faculty to over 40 courses to support the missions of the College of Nursing.
Associate Professor (Clinical), Chair, Division of Undergraduate Education and Entry to Professional Practice, College of Nursing
In his role as Division Chair of Undergraduate Education and Entry to Professional Practice, Dr. Wall is responsible for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, faculty development, and mentoring for career advancement and retention/promotion. He also serves as faculty in the baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs, teaching pathophysiology, pharmacology, patient assessment, and clinical management. Dr. Wall oversees faculty workload, including the management and assignment of full-time, part-time, and adjunct faculty to over 45 courses in support of the College of Nursing’s mission.
In her role as Associate Dean for Faculty in the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Keefe is responsible for coordinating and overseeing evaluations for retention, promotion, and tenure (RPT) and tenured faculty reviews (TFR) of the tenure-line faculty at the College. She also serves as a resource regarding career-line, adjunct, and visiting faculty and their appointment and review. Dr. Keefe ensures that all faculty reviews occur in a timely manner and serves as a liaison with department Chairs for reviews of faculty. Dr. Keefe Chairs the annual college RPT committee (CRPTAC) and Tenured Faculty Review (TFR) committees and writes summary reports for those committee proceedings for candidate files. As Executive Director, Catherine plays a key role in faculty development by providing leadership, resources, and strategic direction to support the professional growth of faculty. This includes fostering teaching excellence, promoting research and scholarly activity, mentoring junior faculty, supporting promotion and tenure processes, and facilitating opportunities for leadership and interprofessional collaboration.
In her role as Vice Dean, Dr. Porucznik supports all aspects of faculty appointment, retention, promotion, and tenure. She’s a resource for faculty members and leaders on matters of University policy and available to help with problem-solving.
