Researchers at the University of Utah are collecting biological samples from patients diagnosed with COVID-19. These samples include:
- Plasma
- PBMCs
- Platelet lysates
- Platelet RNA
- CD45+ cell DNA
- Sera
- Tracheal aspirates
If you are interested in accessing these samples, please review the COVID human samples study details document (note that IRB and IBC reviews must be complete). Then reach out to Adam Spivak (adam.spivak@hsc.utah.edu) for outpatient samples, or Beth Middleton (elizabeth.middleton@hsc.utah.edu) for inpatient samples.
