Application Requirements
- Admission to the University of Utah as a non-matriculated or matriculated student
- Completed or concurrent enrollment in a health professions degree OR possess at least a Bachelor's degree and strong interest in health professions education
- Separate Program Application
- One letter of reference
- Statement of intent addressing the following:
- Reasons for applying to the program
- Current teaching role, if any
- Career development objectives
- Current CV
