Heidi Cozart is a pharmacist and clinical informatics thought leader with 20+ years providing successful leadership of population health and care innovation programs focused on system-based approaches to improving healthcare processes. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Analytics, Medical Group at University of Utah Health. where she is responsible for developing strategic partnerships across both health sciences and campus in support of developing best-in-class enterprise analytics capabilities for practice growth/optimization, patient reported outcomes, AI/modeling, benchmarking, population health and value-based programs.
