Nominations for 2020-21 Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Program for Women

The Associate Vice President for Health Sciences Education Office and the AVP Office for Health Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion are accepting nominations to participate in the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Program for Women. ELAM is a national program dedicated to preparing senior faculty to effect sustained positive change as institutional leaders. The program is an intensive one-year fellowship that prov ides a comprehensive curriculum that combines self-study, group learning, and in-residence study of management and leadership, with application of leadership competencies in each Fellow’s institution.

Please identify potential nominees and invite them to complete the attached application. Please note that the application requires a Dean signature. (Applications not accepted at this time)
