Mission Statement
With support from BREO, the mission of the career clubs is to foster an all-inclusive culture and infrastructure for trainee-led groups that focus on specific career tracks to enhance training and career success. The Academia Career Club will support graduate student and postdoc trainees who wish to follow an academic career path by spearheading professional development workshops, promote networking with like-minded peers, and create a platform for leadership opportunities.
How to Get Involved
The Academia Career club hosts monthly panels and networking events and collaborates with other departments if they’re hosting an interesting speaker with a relevant career path.
