About Me
Sanjana grew up in Bangalore, India where she completed her undergraduate in Biotechnology. She went on to work at the Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine in India. Currently, as a graduate student at the McMahon lab, her project is to explore the cooperation of BRAF and AKT mutations in lung cancer progression through genetic and pharmaceutical manipulation. Outside the lab, she enjoys hiking, cooking, dining out, and catching up with family back home.
