About Me
Mercedes recently graduated high school along with her associate in science degree from Weber State University. She will be attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the fall to pursue a degree in chemistry and biology. In the Holmen Lab, Mercedes is excited to explore the interaction between chemistry and biology in the field of cancer research. Outside of science, Mercedes enjoys reading and spending time with her two dogs outdoors.
