About Me
With a passion for device innovation ignited by witnessing the emergency caesarean delivery of his first child, Mark brings 35+ years of experience in the medical device industry to CMI. In addition to roles at Procter & Gamble and Boston Scientific, Mark previously served as the President of global medical device manufacturer Stryker's neurovascular division. During his tenure, the division generated over $ 1 billion in annual sales across 70 countries worldwide.
Born and raised in Utah, he is a fourth-generation graduate of the U. His great-grandfather was a member of the university’s first class, graduating in 1850. Both his grandfather and father followed that tradition. His mother was a U of U cheerleader. His wife, Jana, is also a University of Utah alumna (Nursing '87). The tradition continues into a fifth generation, with three of their four children proudly graduating from the U, while the fourth is currently attending.
