Jason Lyons is the Strategic Intelligence Analyst for the Research Program Development Team.
In this position, Jason uses data driven methods and analysis to support research program goals
through highlighting strengths and identifying opportunities. Jason has a graduate degree in
Public Policy from the University of Utah and has previously worked for the State of Oregon
and the State of Utah.
