About Me
Hannah was born and raised in South-East Queensland, Australia. In 2025, she completed her PhD at QIMR Berghofer and the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) where she used CRISPR genetic screening technology to uncover novel drug targets for advanced melanoma. As a postdoctoral fellow in the McMahon lab at Huntsman Cancer Institute, Hannah’s work focuses on PI3-kinase signalling in melanoma and lung cancer. Outside of the lab, she unwinds by doing yoga, rock climbing, and hiking
