About Me
I joined the Welm lab in 2023 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University. I joined this lab due to an interest in oncological sciences and the various research methods and models that are implemented in our lab’s studies on a daily basis. I am currently helping develop organoids for our patient-derived models (PDMs) in preparation for drug screening. In addition, I perform nucleic acid extractions and organoid validations. When I am not in the lab, I can usually be found running, performing in musicals, baking, or watching Star Wars.
