On behalf of the symposium planning committee, we are excited to announce the first ever Idaho Symposium on Advanced Cardiopulmonary Disease and Transplant on October 25, 2024.
The first ever regional symposium will be hosted in-person at the Inn at 500 Capitol hotel, located in downtown Boise, ID, sponsored by University of Utah Health. Conference objectives include connecting both lung and heart specialty groups in our region. We will gather to share best practices and content centered around lung and heart therapies with a focus on patients with advanced disease in need of specialized medical, surgical and transplant therapies. Sessions are all held in-person.
Symposium Details
Registration includes: conference packet, breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
Who should attend: cardiologists, pulmonologists, internists, surgeons, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, VAD coordinators, nurses, program administrators, students, and others who provide care for patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease
Date & time: October 25, 2024, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Location: Inn at 500 Capitol - 500 S Capitol Blvd, Boise ID 83702
Parking: Valet or private parking lot, located across the street from the hotel (parking fees are not included)
Registration fee: $50 for each attendee
CME credits: Participants may be awarded up to 8 CME credits.

All attendees are encouraged to use the CME system to claim their attendance. Physicians will be awarded AMA PRA Category 1 credits TM; all other professions will be awarded attendance at a CME event credit that they may use for their re-credentialing purposes.
