Be it a simple cold or chronic condition, each step in your entire care experience matters.
How We Partner with You to Make Health Care Better
Advise Utah is an online community of patients from throughout the Intermountain West that provide feedback in the form of customized short-form surveys. The feedback from these surveys is used to inform and improve care delivery in our health system.
Patient Design Studio
The Patient Design Studio is a group of patients who serve as an Advisory Council that meets to hear presentations about, and provide feedback for, improvement projects in the university system. Their input directly impacts health care improvement.
The U of U Health Experience Insights team collects hundreds of thousands of diverse patient and family voices every year via online reviews, visit surveys, comments, complaints, grievances, and focus groups. Every single voice informs how we make care better.
