Sarina Pollat, MD
I am a fourth-year resident in obstetrics and gynecology. I am interested in rural and global health research aimed at improving health outcomes among women. Specifically, I am interested in gynecologic cancer prevention through the identification of potential risk factors and improvement in access to screening. As a member of the Trabert Team, I am involved in data collection for a study evaluating the association between pelvic inflammatory disease and female cancers in Utah.

Jazmine Abril, MD, PhD
I am pursuing my PhD in population health with a focus in clinical and translational epidemiology at the University of Utah. My research interests are in women’s health and LGBTQ+ health. I am primarily interested in understanding risk factors of reproductive cancers and health disparities involved in cancer incidence and survival. As a research assistant on the Trabert Team, my role is to conduct literature reviews, design and execute epidemiologic analyses, and draft presentations and publications.

Claire Dunlap, MPH
I am an epidemiologist interested in risk factors for the development of gynecologic cancers in women and health disparities in cancer survivorship among different racial and ethnic populations. My responsibilities with the Trabert Team include study management, data coding, statistical analysis, and preparation of reports for presentations and publications.

Siwei Zhou
I am a second-year MS student in biomedical informatics at the University of Utah. My potential academic pursuit revolves around real-world data and ADHD. Presently, I am engaged in a practicum within the Trabert Team. In this role, I am tasked with reviewing admitting notes, extracting keywords, and coding them into structured data fields.
