HOPE & CAIRHE 2gether
HOPE & CAIRHE 2gether (HC2) unites the expertise and resources of two leading research centers:
- The Center for HOPE at HCI and UofU
- The The Center for American Indian and Rural Health Excellence at MSU
Working together to create lasting change, these centers strive to increase access to lifesaving cancer prevention and control interventions in areas of persistent poverty.
Persistent poverty is a critical driver of health differences, particularly in cancer prevention and treatment. HC2 addresses these differences by developing and implementing a novel Implementation strategy, which is designed to expand the reach of evidence-based cancer prevention and control programs to communities affected by long-standing poverty.

Montana Indigenous Land Acknowledgement
Montana State University and CAIRHE acknowledge with great respect the Indigenous stewards on whose traditional territories MSU now stands and whose historical relationship with the land continues to this day. Bozeman is located near a major traditional crossroads for Plains and Plateau Native nations, including but not limited to Shoshone, Nez Perce, Dakota, Salish, Crow, and Blackfeet peoples.

“Relationships, Respect, Reciprocity.”
