Our studies: We have extensive experience designing and coordinating complex multicenter registries, observational studies, and randomized trials from concept to execution and publication. Our studies evaluate pharmaceuticals and biologics, medical devices, and medical procedures from pediatrics to adults.
Our research networks: We support clinical research networks conducting research in disease or population-specific groups. In some cases, we have provided support for more than a decade.
Our technical assistance centers: We work with national, state, and local agencies providing services that build capacity, facilitate policy change, and improve the collection and utilization of data.
Our faculty: We have biostatistics, epidemiology, and clinical faculty with PhD or MD degrees who serve as Principal Investigators on our studies, oversee and support studies, analyses, and publications. Our faculty represent a broad range of specialties and expertise.
Our staff: We have over 130 professionals - including Masters-level Biostatisticians, Clinical Data Managers, Project Managers, Business Intelligence Developers, Software Design Engineers, System Administrators, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance personnel - to support our projects.
Our large-scale IT projects: We have expertise in multiple IT domains, including: software development, business intelligence, data architecture, cybersecurity, systems administration, and IT project management. In addition to hosting an on-premises data center to serve the needs of the Utah DCC, we host secure workloads in AWS in a FISMA-Moderate environment for our federal partners. We host the national repository for EMS data, which includes the collection, validation, and transformation of more than 50 million records annually.
Our promise: Our team will provide excellence in execution by ensuring studies and projects are done methodically, accurately, on-time, and on-budget. We will be good stewards of data. We warehouse research data, provide software engineering and systems administration, and protect information privacy.
