UCEER will begin accepting applications for research support again starting in summer 2022. The Pilot funds have been fully committed for Project Year 6, 6/1/2021 thru 5/31/2022, as April 2022. After the Notice of Award for PY7 is received and the PY budget is finalized, probably by the end July, we will accept applications for the funds. We anticipate we will accept application for the August 1st review cycle. Please check back for updates.

The purpose of the UCEER small/pilot grant program is to provide funding for small scale research projects or scholarly activities that address ethical, legal, or social issues related to a broad range of issues in genomics (i.e. genetic testing, heredity, reproductive decision making, communication).  We invite applications from a broad range of investigators and scholars across the University of Utah campus who seek to conduct innovative research and scholarly activities.
