About Me
Emily Post, PhD, is the Senior Manager of the University of Utah’s Digital Health Initiative (DHI) as part of the Research Program Development team. Dr. Post primarily oversees program management, strategic planning, and administrative operations of the DHI, while also supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Health Systems Research Office. Dr. Post has previously worked as a Research Scientist for the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine and the Uniformed Services University of Health Science’s National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health in Bethesda, MD. A proud University of Utah alumna, she received her doctorate in Anthropology studying the socio-ecology of helping behavior in response to catastrophic disaster events in the Caribbean islands.
