Vice President for Research COVID-19 Update

Dear Research Community,

As the Omicron variant of COVID-19 continues to impact our campus communities, we would like to take a moment to thank all of you for your enormous efforts in keeping the U campus safe and healthy. This has been a challenging first week of the semester, and your cooperation and diligence have allowed us to continue critical research studies and operations. We are grateful for your patience.

Here are the VPR COVID-19 Updates:

• Research Operations Table
  • Due to new CDC guidelines and the U’s Mask Mandate, the VPR Office has updated the Research Operations Table. As a reminder, onsite research activities are still restricted to “Modified Research Activities” ONLY to remain compliant with current CDC guidelines. • N95 Masks for Research
  • A mask orderis in effect on campus. N95 mask fit testing is available for research staff consenting participants in person. Please contact Dixie Thompson for more information.
